Inspire 1 beeping camera working to 3 beeps and camera not responding, help

Hello all,

My Inspire was working perfectly and I put it away about a year ago and recently found the time to use it again. The batteries swelled so I ordered some replacement cells charged everything up and I get the drone beeping steadily as it starts up and the camera is working which I can see on my phone, then it changes to 3 beeps and the camera not responding and my phone is saying signal loss, the controller is green with no issues. Any ideas on how to fix this??

I have to ask about the batteries. Are they supplying enough voltage/current?

I checked them but let me charge them up again and see what I get.
