What material is used in making the propellers for the Inspire 1? I thought I read somewhere they were carbon fiber, but they look and feel like plastic.

TIA!

Thanks, Allan. I thought that info was somewhat suspect. So I presume they are plastic.
yup 100% plastic, but i find Carbon fiber props to be way over kill. that and almost all carbon fiber props i have used are UN-balanced and require you to balance them. where as my plastic DJI props are almost perfect balance out of bag. to all their own

I wasn't looking to get new props, I was just curious, based on what I thought I had read somewhere. Three of my original four props were not in balance. When I went to sand them, they certainly didn't behave like carbon fiber. Hence the question in the original post.

Thanks.
