Just came accross this - seems like a good idea but its pricey!

yeah, i just got that email.
i think its great idea. and wondered about it last week. now you can have pilot fly in front of a moving object and camera man shoot the object.
no more reversing footage with people walking backwards etc.

I wonder if this upgrade is DJI approved? @Tahoe Ed @blade strike do you know if this 'upgrade' will have any effect on the DJI warranty?

Not approved.. don't know about warranty issues..

I actually already tried this with my fat shark setup from my other quad. It is nice to have but in the end the quality bothered me so much I went back to the iPad.
