My iPhone is 166 grams. So I image that you could get a bag with an iPhone, PBJ sandwich and a bottle of water, and possibly more, in a bag and drop it to someone and return safely. Of course, the more you lift the less time you will have in the air, and the more your flight characteristics will be impacted.
