Are you sure you don't ship International??? And is it with the Cendence RC??

From what I've seen only the 210 and the RTK model have the new Cendence included, acccording to DJI's site where they show the "in ththe box"

The 200 comes with a I2 controller that runs the M200 copter but I the M200 is quit upgradable including Cendence. Remember this copter is essentially a package you can fly until you can afford the $9000 usd price tag for the extra upgrades.

So you still have the better part of $4750 usd left over to buy a $1000/$1000 Cendence/CrystaSky and now you have dual operator with FPV and main Camera then I would install a top mounted gimbal/GPS that can be run silmutaniously with the bottom gimbal.
On the M210's only top or bottom can be run at one time.
