Not sure if anybody else has posted this. I did a search in the forum for "NYPD" and got no hits. Found this article on the freeskies.co web site and thought it might be worthy of discussion. I'm thinking that if ANYTHING qualifies as a legal over reaction, this just might be it.

Ya, um, nothing to do with President Obama. It's municipal, not federal.
