Olympus-M-Zuiko-Digital-ED-40-150mm compatibility

does anyone know if this lens is compatible with the I2? We are looking for something to take inspections from a distance with. I know I will need a counterbalance weight on the back of the camera. I have seen its possible to put a Panasonic 45-175mm lens on the x5s for stills.

Okay forget that idea! I didn't realise this lens extended out so far when zoomed in
