I struggle to see my Inspire at 500m distance on a bright day against the sky - primarily due to its narrow profile - so I sprayed the majority of the plastic high viz orange. it does assist a little ....
...but I was wondering if it was feasible to paint the props the same?
Admittedly, they'd need priming white before applying an orange followed by some lacquer - but from a spay, surely it shouldn't 'weigh' enough to cause an issue?? Orange Inspire.jpg

If you paint your props, make sure you manually balance them afterwards. If you don't, you run the risk of prop/esc damage or jello in your footage from unbalanced props.

Either way I'd advise against the idea...

I'm not quite sure you will benefit from painting the props like you did with the body. When you're flying it, you are mostly looking at the edge of the blade. It certainly will look cool while it's on the ground or on display, but in flight it will be hardly noticeable.
