10. NO SPAM! Our user base is not a resource to be "mined" by individuals, groups, or businesses, for profit or not for profit.

Basically you were advertising for/on behalf of your company - which is fine if you are an Approved Vendor.
 
Thanks, how do we become an approved vendor? We are situated in the UK film and TV industry.
