Preventative Maintenance checklist ideas

Hi All,

I am trying to find a decent preventative maintenance program for my company's DJI fleet ( Matrice 210, 2 inspire v1 pro, Mavic, and Sparks). I tired to search the internet and haven't found anything I like. Ideally I'm looking for lifespan of parts with some type of reference. I think I saw that props should be replaced every 150-200 flights. Where is this written? Does anyone have way of tracking this information?

Have you tried AirData? Drone Data Management and Flight Analysis | Airdata UAV. I don't currently use it but am thinking about it. Do others have other options?

Excellent response but I don’t think that’s what they were looking for. But it’s exactly how I keep track of my maintenance and any and all other information. I’m old school and it just works better for me than electronic records keeping.
