Refurbish tb48

We're going to try to refurbish some tb48 batteries. We have the right equipment and know-how (hopefully). Trying to find some bricked batteries to experiment with & for spare parts. Donate some you have and if we get them running we'll discount a refurbished back to you. If it works out, we'll be buying bricked units.
