Replacing TB48 battery smart board - need help

Hi,

My TB48 battery board has been replaced recently (original board fried)
All the cells shows 3.8 V per each.

New board turns on, and off and shows 4 led for long press (health)
However when I try to charge it, it turns on, lowest led flashes and then nothing.

Who could help me solve this issue?

nevermind, the cable was corroded so workaround has to be applied. now it charges.
