S-LOG and ISO noise

Why so much noise in the film when a film of S-log.
Movies in the sunshine with my sony a7 in S-log. Lowest iso 800 in broad daylight what nonsense it ???
 
Your English is barely understandable, but I imagine you mean why the X5 is more noisy than your A7?
