Samsung Galaxy 3?

At the moment I do use HTC ONE M8. Works good but would like a bit larger screen to operate.
Anyone tried the Samsung Galaxy 3?

Or anynother suggestions for a good 7" Android device that works well?

I wouldn't get that. Slow, old CPU. Not really enough RAM.
Get an Nvidia Shield Tablet.
