I will be shoot a job with my I2 using an X7 with the 24mm lens. It will be of sports lighting at a field going off and on to help determine where a problem is. Can anyone give me a suggestion as to ISO, shutter speed, lens opening and filter (ND or adjustable Polarizing)? I will be shooting video and stills. My thanks in advance.

Assuming you're shooting video and not stills....

Shoot "non-fiction" @ 30 FPS. Consider ISO 200 for indoor sports lighting. Shutter 1/60 (180° rule). Adjust aperture to set EV. I would try to stay as close to f/5 as possible. If you find yourself getting closer to f/9, go to ISO 100. If you don't know how already, learn how to use the histogram. The histogram is your best friend.
