Shooting Log in RAW + 2k RAW

Hey guys

I'm new to the x5r so have been playing around a bit. I saw someone in a previous post saying that you don't have to shoot log if you are shooting RAW. Why is this? does the image profile not effect the image?

Im also getting weird artefact in the 2k RAW, has anyone else been having this issue? I will post some pics asap.

HI. I have found that you get artefacts and lots of chromatic abbreviation in 2.7K and 1080P RAW. Only 4K seems fine

Im assuming this is a firmware issue, Hoping they will sort it.
