You do not say what country you intend to use it.
Certain countries rf emission laws prohibit either jamming a radio signal or transmission over a certain EIRP without the required permissions (or both).
You would need to check with your countries regulating body to answer that question.

If you even have to ask the question, than you know. What the answer is. There is a company in Colorado that developed this type of portable device last year. Believe it is being tested at JFK and elsewhere currently
I have this problem My inspire fly's nice one day then a couple days later not so good often woundered is some one was using some device causing interference and if there is a way to find out ??
