The video from this camera should I try on inspire1

Not sure of what you're asking. Are asking if you should fly your I1 in the rain? If so, I would strongly encourage you NOT to attempt flying in the rain. After all, the Inspire 1 is an electrical device.
 
No way of telling since PooTube compresses the hell out of anything uploaded.
If it is a 27.1mm sensor my guess is it is quite a bit heavier than the Inspire's X3.
How would you connect it?
How would you stabilise it?
How would you control it?
Finally, looking at the god awful bump and hunting autofocus exhibited by that shot I would say no!
 
Maybe it´s just me but i couldn't understand what he meant by reading the title.
