Video and camera default settings

Noobie question here LOL

Im new to all the different video and picture settings and have been messing around with them.

Is there any way to reset them back to the default settings and just start over making new adjustments.

Yes, go to camera and hit the "gear" icon (settings) in the upper right hand corner. About half way down if you scroll down the menu, there is an option to "reset camera settings"
