I removed the entire mount to install a CrystalSky display. Now I need to move the CS to another platform and want to replace the one that I've lost in the house somewhere.

Good idea. I called them last week. The guy on the phone says that the Cendence device holder won't fit the original mount. Great idea, appreciate the help!
