I've been cleaning the worm screw and worm screw bearings with WD40 for 2 years now... No issues. Recently I've been cleaning under the rubber boot with WD40 and greasing it with triflow synthetic grease. I heard today WD40 is not good for bearings. What else can I use to clean the worm screw and bearings? Someone suggested PB Blaster. Here is the product: https://m.canadiantire.ca/products/productDetail/0381510P/false/false/false?selectedSku=0381510

What do you all think?

Does this clean the worm screw and bearings as well? I use tri flow synthetic grease for lubrication. Works fine. Hasn't eaten the rubber or plastic. Been using it for 2 years now. Just found out WD40 is just not good to clean the lead screw and bearings :S. Not sure why DJI recommends using it in their manual.

Kevin, you're basically asking exactly the same question (again) as you asked in this thread that you started not long ago
