XT Gimbal overloaded on 2 DIFFERENT XTs

Presumably you have tried gimbal calibration?

Interesting problem. I would examine how much current the XT draws compared to the X3 or X5. I have a feeling that the XT camera may pull a little more current. If it does, as you suggested, a worn controller MAY be the culprit. I would also examine the contacts. The possibility exists that not all of your cameras use the same contacts. The only real way to examine them is to take a nice, big, fat macro photo. You should do that for both the Inspire AND the camera contacts and post your photos here.
