Z3 no image

gang: just had my z3 on my osmo handle after 5 min of filming screen froze and now it all it shows is a black screen, no telemetry just batt info, all functions work from handle even can see the lens zooming, but it back on my inspire and same results, any Ideas

Likely a dirty contact or loose screws on connector.

Thank you, i felt the connector not tight, the board moves a little, since happens when filming some bird on my osmo handle with base, never thought of that, thanks again

Alignment of that contact plate is critical. If it only did it on one of the devices, that would have pointed to bent pins on female part of connector. Example attached.

now if you want sound you have to go to camera,sound turn off and on audio record before recording weird only on z3 not x3
