    My top speed.

Nice. I have those CF Xoar props on my bird, and it hit 68.4 mph on my fastest flight with a slight wind.. actually the top speed is one of my favorite things about the Inspire, and the Xoar props sure help out

Want to see me crash my mini quad in Los Angeles ?

well I can see you know how to fly DJI, for the minis I would say get a couple Hubsan X4's and learn on them.. I flew those and the like for a couple months when I first started and learned good old fashioned manual piloting, after that flying anything from DJI was a piece of cake. Flying the...

    Xoar Props

Everyone has different needs, for me I dont usually take off the props after every flight because when not flying I usually keep the Inspire in the den with the other drones, not in the case. If I'm gonna move it around or do maintenance, or transport it then the props unscrew in three seconds...

    Gimbal Startup Issues.

I've done it on the X3 camera only, the others may be different. At the "elbow" of the gimbal the motor cover is held on by two very small screws, with a proper size Phillips head screwdriver remove them and the cover comes off. Very gently check to see if the ribbon cable is plugged in all the...

    Xoar Props

I have them on my Inspire 1 and they work great, I didn't notice a huge difference but the bird is a bit more responsive, faster, and it seems a little quieter in some situations. But the best part is I dont worry at all about a prop coming off.. Plus they look great with the Matte Carbon...

    Gimbal Startup Issues.

For a gimbal calibration on startup thats definitely got an issue, is the gimbal set to move slowly in settings? Maybe remove the motor covers on the gimbal arm and check to see that the ribbon cables are plugged in all the way. Clean contacts on both gimbal and bird? though I'm pretty sure you...

Width of Inspire 1 landing gear in landing mode

See if it fits in the stock DJI case in travel mode, if it doesn't then you know for sure something is off

Was anyone able to fly in LA today

I figured.. I’m in Beverly Hills and yesterday I saw Marine One (actually, two of them) and a V-22 Osprey fly directly overhead on the way to I guessed LAX. Funny thing was weren’t any higher than 300 feet up at most

Remember - Leave Yourself Some Room to Land

No one thought to check the position of the bird on the helipad when another is landing right next to it? And what were they gonna do, takeoff as the other one was landing? Wow

Was anyone able to fly in LA today

Motors wouldn’t start up, and the message it gave me onscreen said something about a VIP in the area as the reason for the no fly zone.. I think either Trump or Pence is in LA at the moment

    Drone pilot booked

Well, I guess some pilots book jobs, others just get booked..

This seems to be getting worse

Something about it looks off, the plane looks like its going way too slowly as it passes under the drone, looks a little fake but I know some racing quads can easily do over 100 mph, so who knows

    New battery update.

I just got a new TB48 two days ago, charged it up and used it for three flights now with no issues. It never asked for a firmware update
