Was anyone able to fly in LA today

Motors wouldn’t start up, and the message it gave me onscreen said something about a VIP in the area as the reason for the no fly zone.. I think either Trump or Pence is in LA at the moment

POTUS was in San Diego today and came into LAX early afternoon, Marine One passed over West LA around 4pm en route to the Beverly Hills area. TFR goes through tomorrow.

I figured.. I’m in Beverly Hills and yesterday I saw Marine One (actually, two of them) and a V-22 Osprey fly directly overhead on the way to I guessed LAX. Funny thing was weren’t any higher than 300 feet up at most

Yeah they’ve been buzzing all over the last few days. The osprey are such neat aircraft.

I saw 3 of them at Stanford (SF Bay Area) years ago. They went through the landing/takeoff transition in clear view. My first inkling they were there is when the three of them flew right over the top of my car in the direction of my travel. Awesome!!!
