Anyone want a now obsolete (for Inspire platforms) 64gb 9.7" iPad mini 2? I've had it maybe 3 months, used it for 3 flights and finally understood its waaay too dangerous to use and provides 0 usable footage (lag, black screen, etc) DJI wouldn't refund me for mind after advertising it's compatible. (Kinda joking) it works great for Mavic Pro and could be used just for your kids use or business!

$200 + shipping. Space grey, 4G LTE + wifi. Hardly used, factory reset, tiny scratch on top right but thats it!

Can you elaborate on what makes this ipad mini obsolete for Inspires and too dangerous to use?

Search these forums. Search Dji forums. 'Image transmission Inspire 1 iPad mini 2'. You'll be surprised.

It works for some, doesn't work for some.

I bought my iPad mini 2 in November last year. Bought the Inspire 1 v2 at the end of may this year.

iPad mini 2 can't get consistent video image transmission. Screen goes black. Screen has green lines coming down it obstructing half the view. Etc etc etc..heartbreaking in my case. Aggravating. Dumbfounded.

The I1 flies beautifully with my wife's iPhone 7s and my friends iPad 4.

It even flew with my iPhone 5s twice before it gave way.

The iPad mini 2 (in my case) couldn't handle the processing power needed for the most up to date firmware on the I1.
