A poll for a crash

I thought it might be interesting to have an idea as to what parameters were in play when a crash happened, so I put together this poll.
It is aimed only at people who experienced crashes resulting from non-operator error and people who just lost control and did not crash.

I would have added more factors but was limited by the poll.
