Anybody else get Second controller or extra batteries TB 47

I ordered the combo two controller inspire 1 package and dealer only sent me one controller.. they told me i should be happy with that for now. Now i don't know about any of you but when i spend 3500 dollars for stuff and am charged fully for it, and don't receive all of it . I'm not happy with that.. Just wondering if anybody else is in the same boat?
 
I also got my second controller and 2 batteries at the same time as my drone
 
The battery I ordered Thursday 1/15 from UAV Outlet fast shipping 2 day priority free
 
I received 2 batteries today from UAV OUTLET good people. Funny thing is I have no bird yet drones ect. Is BS ME AROUND
