In order to keep your viewers from tossing there cookies I'd recommend NOT doing continuous turns or panning. Additionally, you lose effective resolution when turning as it puts a bigger bite into the compression task.

Also, download the B4UFLY app to make sure you're not flying where it's illegal. Not that B4UFLY is a guarantee that flying is 100% OK, but at least you'll know if your within the no fly zone of air ports etc.
