I have been experimenting with best format to send via email her is the crux

What I am after is best format to almost guarantee opening on a clients email-especially if he/she is not really IT Savvy?

Also how do you guys prefer to deliver video/photographs to clients? Email/SD Card, etc

I know the client/customer is always right however how do you steer them a way that makes their life(and yours!) easier?Especially if they are looking to you for guidance etc.....

Thanks in advance realise these are newbie questions for seasoned pros however just want to be smart and learn from others experience/ideas

Thanks

Personally I use Dropbox or vimeo and then share a link to the video via email. Like this

Movies tend to be quite large files and they are mostly guaranteed not going through mail servers.
They usually have pretty small limits, from 10-20MB ..

Depending on how much customers pay, I would have sent a USB stick.
Then you have services as Sprend, where you upload a file and get a link you give the customer.
