BH Photo and Video - Positive experience?

I've seen a lot of negative comments about BH. Anyone care to share positive experiences? I've got a coupon that could save me a few hundred on the Inspire and batteries. Not my preferred vendor, but saving a few hundred might be worth it.

I've had nothing but good experiences as well. I actually bought one of my phantoms from them. Only gripe is that you don't get reward points on most of their items.

Love b&h! I bought my P2V+ a little more than 30 days before the release of the inspire 1 and while they didn't have to do it, they took it back and gave me full credit so I could upgrade. I highly recommend them.

i will not share my bad b& h experience then..but i will say amazon gave me my money back when my p-2 hit water due to an obvious fly away(g.p.s. issue). dji told me to buy a new one..but due to amazon's service they will get my order for the Inspire when they have them in stock...not a third party vendor who is giving away goodies.

I've purchased from B&H and they've always been good; fast shipping and great prices too. The main downside is that they strictly observe the Jewish weekends and holidays, so they often won't even take your order Fri/Sat, which is when I tend to pull the trigger on a lot of purchases.

I'd love to use Amazon, but I have doubts they will get them in stock before January or February. Amazon finally has their listings moved to the right section, but in my last chat they refused to acknowledge that they are the same units as the ones listed by 3rd party vendors and price match.
