Brand new DJI Inspire 1 won't take off

A brand new DJI Inspire 1 with quick release prop attachments and props all attached correctly won't take off. The motors spin but it won't lift off. There is a small rattling noise. Ideas?

Sounds like the CW and CCW fittings are reversed.

Take your props off and check that you have them install correctly. You should see a white dot on the top of the prop and hub.....those go together. I hope it's just that. You rattling noise concerns me.

Im surprised it didnt throw the props off into the neighbors yard.
