You should be more specific. EOL can mean a few different things. For instance, a battery that will no longer charge has certainly reached EOL, but maybe you're not interested in that type of battery. Please clarify.

I'm looking for batteries that can be charged but may not hold the charge due to age or cells out of balance. I am not interested in dead or lock BMS first of four green light blink and shut off. Tom

Hi, when you turn the battery on you get two lights are they blinking if so how many blinks in sequence ? Thanks for your time
When it is turned on the two lights stay lit solid. I don’t recall exactly what it did wrong but I am pretty sure it went into an error of some sort before getting fully charged.
Since I have no way to reset the battery board from it lock out mode, I'm going to pass on this one, but thank you for your time. Tom
What do you mean by lockout mode? I have never heard of that. The battery acts normal other than not charging fully.

I have just the top to a TB48 that turned into a spicy pillow. I pulled the top off when I saw it swelling.
