Cannot export RAW undistorted - a major bug.

Both Cinelight (Mac) and camera exporter (PC) appear to have a critical flaw.

The "Warp Rectilinear" feature, which seems to be designed to compensate the
fisheye distortion, is always baked in when you convert the footage into DNG files.
So all the RAW files seem to be much distorted especially in the corners.

I've wondered why otherwise great lenses show rather subpar resolution in the corners,
and now I know why - distortion.

See the following screen shots.

1. Exported (converted) DNG file (the corners are distorted and the frame is cropped)

2. Cinelight Preview with Warp Rectilinear Disabled (original footage)

3. Cinelight Preview with Warp Rectilinear Enabled (same as DNG file)

I don't know exactly how long this issue has been around - looks like the entire time
since released. I am using the following versions of software.

Cinelight version : 0.9.26 (2016/05/30)
Camera Exporter : (2016/03/18)

Is there anyone with earlier versions that don't have this issue?

It looks like you can export into Tiff files or compressed formats and enable "apply calibrations"
with "Warp Rectilinear" disabled to work around a bit, but it's not the same as RAW output.
The dynamic range of DNG files are way superior to the rest.

Thanks.

Well, after arguing with a bunch of folks at DJI and researching, I figured out that it is the MFT lens corrections automatically embedded in Lightroom and Adobe Camera Raw, but not in the DJI software (Cinelight / Camera Exporter). That explains the discrepancies between the DJI preview (proxy movies / Cinelight preview) and the DNG files loaded in Photoshop / Lightroom. Funny enough, the lens corrections are not applied when you directly import the DNG sequence into Premiere. What a mess. I will follow up on this issue when I get more time, thanks.
