Can't enter poi mode

I have an Inspire 1 that is up to date, but when I switch to "F" mode the only option I get is the "home lock" option. I can't seem to find the POI, waypoint or course lock options. Can someone please advise?

Have you enabled 'Enable Multiple Flight Mode' in the DJI Go App?

Yes I have...this is what my screens look like.

In your screenshots you 'appear' to be airborne but I'm not going to assume - POI etc is ONLY accessible once you are airborne - thats the first thing.
Assuming you are and it still isnt working, and assuming you are running firmware:
Inspire v1.4.0.10
R/C v1.3.0.00
App: v2.4.0

A couple of things to try:

Easy - Delete the app completely, reboot tablet, reload app, reboot tablet, try that
More PITA - Try reloading the firmware - then confirm with the text file that the versions above are loaded.

Uninstalling and reinstalling the app did nothing.

There is a box that pops up that says "failure to start intelligent navigation modes".

And yes the above firmware is what I'm running, I even cleared the SD and reinstalled it.
