Change User Name

Hi Folks

Just wondering how I go about changing my user name for the DJI GO app? Its given me some kinda automated one that's a bunch of jumbled letters.

Do you mean your DJI login account user name??? I'm 99% sure the Go App doesn't require a user name to use. I use legacy version 3.1.1. I find later versions of the app too "Nazi-ish" for my taste. But I digress... That said...

I believe you can change your user credentials through the DJI website.

Its the name that comes up when I login to the app. Its used half my email and then random letters. Cant seem to find anyway on the DJI site to change it.

Okay....as I eluded to previously, that's your DJI account. Go to DJI.com and fix it there. Go to their chat portal so they can walk you through the whole thing in baby steps. OR install a legacy version of the app so you don't have to login. That's TWO possible solutions.
