CINESSD Cards

hi, I purchased the inspire 2 with x5s camera. I just got the CINESSD 128gb card , the drone has the license key , Im trying to record but it seems that there is a problem, when I press the record button all I get is a green dotted square on the display.
I need help with this issue

I'd recommend posting a quick video of the issue and one of the helpful hands here on the forum will be happy to further assist.

You're probably trying to record in a resolution that the 120GB CineSSD won't allow as it has a lower max bandwidth to the bigger cards.

The only ones you can use with the 120GB are:
CinemaDNG 4096x2160 and 3840x2160 @ 23.97/24/25/29.97
ProRes 422HQ 3840x2160 and 5280x2160 @ 23.97/24/25/29.97
ProRes 4444XQ 3840x2160 @ 23.97/24/25/29.97

If you want higher frame rates and different res to those, then you need to buy the 240GB or 480GB sticks.

A couple of other things....

1) Make sure you have a microSD card installed too, and with plenty of free space - it won't record to the CineSSD without the microSD, or if the microSD card is full.
2) Format the CineSSD card in the Inspire 2 to clear it and make sure it's ready to go.
