I've just purchased a CINESSD reader UG1 (new) and it doesn't show up in Windows Explorer. It only shows up in Device Manager when I press the update button when plugging it in and when I checked in Device Manager it's shown as 'Other Device' with a yellow exclamation mark against it and says no driver installed. Does it need a driver as there wasn't a driver disk in the package ? The instruction manual says to connect it to DJI Assistant in order to update the firmware but nothing happens when depressing the update button whilst connecting it !
