I'm lucky I had a backup. My CineSSD station disconnects after a few seconds, making it useless. I have tried (between the two readers) different SSD's, cables and computers and it's always the one station regardless of how or where it's connected. Seems like it should be a pretty straight forward device. Any fixes?
I also noticed there are TWO usb ports on the back. The smaller seems pretty useless as it won't connect at all through that. I guessed it might be for a firmware update...but have not found any mention of the device at DJI support and none of the assistant apps seems to recognize it's existence.
