Cleveland Inspire/Matrice/Thermal pilot needed

I'm looking for a pilot/operator that has a Thermal XT payload for a 16 acre ground-mounted solar farm inspection 45 minutes west of Cleveland.

No processing of images required. We just need thermal and RGB shots
