Anybody try putting together an Operations Specifications (Ops Specs) for commercial UAV operations? Is there a sample out there in web space one can cut and paste? Thanking you in advance.

I have done mine in the UK. Euro-USC have a template but it needs quite a lot of customisation. It shouldn't be a cut n paste job, you really need to own that document. They only give it people who sign up for their courses to become approved by the UK CAA. I have it but can't share as it's their copyright.
Agree with Simon, if it helps the UK CAA offer a template on their website. But again it needs building upon. In the UK your ops manual is like currency, it's a big part of your application and most companies guard them with an iron fist
