Corrupt video files

Ive seen a few threads about corrupted video files and various ways to fix but most of these seem to be caused by power down before record completed.

I've been having problems caused by the aircraft stopping the record due to the 4gb limit. The second video has always been ok. It seems to happen every 4 or 5 files.

Has anyone else had this issue?

I was recording h264 1080p at 50 fps at the time.

A mp.4 file was corrupted today. 2GB. same settings as you. first time...

Interesting. Mine were getting corrupted when the software ended the recording at the 4gb file size limit.

Though a bit late, but still curious. Have you found the solution?
I would make a media image file of your SD card and recover everything that could be recovered (e.g. with restore.media online tool or any other), then format the SD card and see where it takes me (check whether the issue continues).
Maybe it has smth to do with the settings, as high resolution files can eat up the space, but still it sounds dobtful.
