It seems there are two types of CF. No one is sure which one is 'best'. E.G, which is more forgiving in a crash. As these crashes are repeated and guys post their pictures, I guess we can learn which CF woven pattern is more forgiving

I'd say you got real lucky on your first crash - not to get the gimbal or camera involved in it!
I certainly like the unobstructed camera view feature but obviously any crash or even hard landing will likely damage these items and require an expensive repair maybe a new user "roll cage" should be available?

Has anyone heard what a replacement camera alone might cost? I doubt it will be less than the $679 P2V+
