The Inspire 1 propulsion system is rated at sea level to produce 6,400g of thrust on 13x4.5 props powered by a 6s pack at 25v. Assuming the maximum continuous power the esc's will take is only 20 Amps a 3.5c discharge rate would be reasonable.

How sure am I of what?
An Inspire 1 in general use doesn’t draw huge amount of current. As mentioned above, little more than 3.5c rating would suffice (a little more on climb out) so the DJI packs are unlikely to be rated over 10c because they simply do not need to be!
