DJI Go 4 distance warning without logging in

Does anyone know whether the new warning for the firmware upgrade on the DJI Go app where you have to log into your account or distance will be restricted is a once off, or do you have to log into your account each time to remove the flight restrictions ; and if so, how do you get over this with no internet access (depending on location) - hope that all makes sense
