DJI Go App 2.42 will not connect to RC...grounded

If the USB port is faulty can i use a converting cable to hdmi instead ?

I had the same problem... DJI replaced the controller. ... all else you try reloading go app...?

Have you tried leaving it on charge for around 30 minutes or so - to try and bring it out of hibernation?

Yes I have left it on charge and still no lights.
I tried the connector disconnect as well with no success.
Is there anything else I can try before sending it back to DJI?

Unfortunately not, this appears to be a dead one.
I think return is your only option.

Thanks for your help guys i receive the usb hub tomorrow so i will install and start from scratch again i will post results if any. Cheers
