DJI Inspire 1 Battery Error suddenly (several batteries same error)

Suddenly getting battery error during flight and/or upon startup "Invalid Battery" when these are all the same original DJI batteries. Is there a firmware issue? I've done the whole firmware update and battery cycle process. What could be causing this and what, if any, is the fix?

Did the issue start after you updated your Inspire 1 firmware?

This usually points to aging or failing battery communication boards rather than firmware—once multiple Inspire 1 batteries start throwing “Invalid Battery,” the only real fix is battery replacement or professional repair, as DJI no longer.

I recently purchased 4 " bad", batteries for my inspire 1, and bypassed the battery circuit board to give it a minimum charge and then bring the charge back up conventionally. I would check the battery connection on the inspire for corroded connection , or cold solder joints running to the circuit board. Sometimes solder joints shrink away from the wires due to heat variables or vibration. Usually you can see the gap all around the wire and the circuit board.

I had a vcr that crapped out when it warmed up and when I opened it up it had multiple cold solder connectors. I dabbed a little soldering flux on the points with a pin and re soldered the locations with a little bit of solder. It looked like they were skimping on the solder during manufacturing. The vcr worked great as vcrs did back then.

"Invalid Battery" errors on multiple original Inspire 1 batteries at once usually points to a communication issue rather than all batteries failing simultaneously—check the small gold contact pins inside the battery compartment.
