Hello Fellow Pilots,

Greetings from Germany!

I am Mostafa, and I recently purchased a used Inspire 1 Pro setup with two remotes: the GL658B and GL658C. I have already flown the drone using the master remote (GL658C), and everything worked perfectly.

However, I encountered an issue with the slave remote (GL658B). Initially, when I pressed the power button, it didn’t respond at all. I connected it to the charger and left it charging for about 2 hours. After disconnecting the charger, I attempted to turn it on again, but still, nothing happened.

I put it back on charge and this time, while it was still connected to the charger, I tried turning it on. The remote started continuously beeping with a fast-flashing red light, which, according to the user manual, indicates a critically low battery level.

What should I do next to resolve this issue? Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you!

Best regards,
Mostafa

Leave your charger connected to it overnight. That probably won't help, but it's worth a try. Barring that, clearly you will need to replace the internal battery.

Hello everyone,
I just wanted to share my experience here. My old battery was not charging, so I bought a new one from eBay. I connected it, but after turning it on, the right light continued to flash with a constant beeping sound. I then fully charged the battery, but the issue persisted. I became a little nervous and searched online for a solution. I found this post and calibrated the remote. Everything is fine now.

You said that the user manual told your symptoms were for a critically low battery, which threw everybody off the trail. Which manual were you reading?? Please screenshot and/or photograph and post here.
