DJI Inspire Care Plan..?

I've been hearing and reading about all kinds of options, to cover the drone from crashes, damage etc.Is the DJI care plan worth it, or should I go another route.

Are the plans transferable and if so, I'd be interested in buying a plan off another user..thx
