If it had been a bird there would have been blood and feathers and bird parts.
If it had been a drone there would have been plastic and batteries and CF -- ie. drone parts.
Either of these would have been almost immediately known by both the flight crew and later by the FAA.
I tried to look at the report but it wouldn't open for me. But, the other reports don't provide much to make any conclusions. So, if nothing else fits, lets call it a drone and move to stop them...
